Yang Ying New York, New York
Yang Ying was the longtime featured instrumental soloist for the premier traditional song and dance troupe in China. In the
late 1980s she also founded Cobra, the first all-female rock band in China.
Now living in the U.S., Ying's passion is to compose music that combines the precision of classical, creativity of jazz, and passion of rock with the soul of Chinese music.
